St Mary’s College is seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor. The successful candidate will supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers. You are expected to give instructions for the lesson as provided by a teacher and the primary focus of the role will be to maintain good order and to keep pupils on task.

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Mentor who is enthusiastic about promoting independent learning, ensuring pupils are safe and happy, committed to working with parents and other agencies and overcoming barriers to learning.

St Mary’s College requires a teaching assistant to work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff to support access to learning and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils in the classroom. The role will involve supporting children with Special Educational Needs to ensure they make progress.
